Sounds like mine. It's still available at:

I did find a bug with it recently that I haven't bothered to fix. If
a user "jane" logs in as "jane doe" the login as "jane" will be
successful, but the RADIUS entry will stuff it in as "jane doe" and
ulog won't find it when you do "ulog jane" since it compares the
entire string. I "fixed" the problem by educating the single user.
If anyone fixes it to only compare up to and excluding the space, I'd
appreciate the patch and will update my source.

There are a couple of other files in that directory that may be
of interest, too.
