User Error

One of my users is having problems with his ISDN connection
to our PM3. In my Radius logs I can see that many sessions
terminate after 3 seconds and the termination cause is User-Error.

The Livingston documentation says on this:

"PortMaster received a PPP Configuration ACK when a session was already
established, so it terminated the session. This is caused by a PPP
implementation error in the dial-in client. Also sent to RADIUS Accounting."

Ok, I understand that and it's just fine, but I am using exactly
the same version of the dialin software (pppd 2.2 under FreeBSD 2.2.2)
and I don't experience any problems, also the configuration is exactly
the same (actually I have copied my own configuration to the clients
machine when installing it). Also I'm quite sure there is no bug in
the PPP implementation of pppd because the problem is only visible
with this 1 client and nobody else (and many of them use pppd).

Any idea what could be causing this? Is there any way to make
our PM3 simply ignore those packets and not disconnect?

TIA.
