>what about just fixing the OSPF you have first? you never even reply to
>the broken OSPF issues. i have a pool of 400 modems suffering from this

We also have people reporting that it is working just fine, with no problems
at all.

We run OSPF here, and we have Ciscos in house too. It is working here.

It's being looked into, but so far we've had a very small number of users
reporting problems and a much larger number saying it is fine. We do take
it seriously, but it has to be in perspective. When testing doesn't
reproduce this, and other sites report 100% success (and many say, quote,
"It is better than Cisco"), and we have other issues that do have massive
demand for attention (56K anyone?) we have to allocate engineering time
appropriately.

>as hell because of this. we have sent emails to support and to you,

I bounce them to support - I'm not a support person, if I don't have time
or the answer on hand I send it to support. I answer what I can, time and
knowledge permitting, but the things I do really don't allow me time to
get deeply involved in customer problems on a one by one basis. That's
why we have support.
