Hrm, probably because you need a local address for the NT box NOT in the
local subnet?

Why does the next caller get the same ptp?

Have you looked into using proxy addressing so only the NT box has a real
ip address and it gives fake ip addresses to the local net that it is
routing for? Or do you need REAL ip addresses?
