Get a separate feed for those 'quality' customers and have NOTHING else on
the link to your upstream... hehe, your boss wants quality?!? give it too
him, just make sure he realizes that there is a price tag attached.

BTW, How does he figure that it'll make much difference? Someone going to
M$ sites with a 28.8Kbps modem can't really tell the difference of whether
the site is heavily loaded or not, most of the time...

Interesting...I'd love to know how to implement such in a profitable
way... ;)
