See the 3.5 release note about "set user-netmask on". If you use that
command on your Portmaster running 3.5, it'll pay attention to the
Framed-Netmask, otherwise it'll treat it as a 32-bit netmask for
backwards compatibility's sake. All release notes are available on our
web site.
