RADIUS & RIP

Hi!

Since upgrading our PM2E to ComOS 3.5, I've encountered a
number of strange problems. One thing is that I can't have
RADIUS users with static IP anymore. I wanted to route a
subnet to a static IP address, but the PM will always assign
an address from the pool of dynamic IPs! I've contacted
tech support for this problem but they couldn't help me
so far. Here's my sample RADIUS (1.16) user:

test Password = "test12xy"
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = 194.191.124.200,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.224,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-Route = "194.191.124.192/27 194.191.124.200 1",
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP,
Framed-MTU = 1500

Now, when I connect from a Linux box with that user, the PM will
treat it as a dynamic IP. Here's an excerpt from syslog:
(our assigned addresses pool starts at 194.191.124.225)

pppd[309]: Serial connection established.
pppd[309]: Using interface ppp0

01>]
pppd[309]: rcvd [IPCP ConfNak id=0x3 <addr 194.191.124.239>]
(goes on like that forever...)

Any explanation for this?

And another thing (at the risk of exposing myself as a complete
moron): I'm supposed to make a RIP announcement of network that's
supposed to get routed to me as a consequence. How can I do that
with an IRX?

Thanks!

-Michael
