Yes, in ComOS 3.5.

RADIUS does not allow you to specify the near end of the link - that
IP is the IP of the NAS. Ascend did this with a vendor specific attribute
(as you show) that is not part of the standard and that we do not support
(and have no plans to support).

The near end of the link has the IP of the NAS, or the IP set on the NAS
with 'set reported-ip x.x.x.x'.
