But I recall some PM3 users reporting ping times in excess of 300ms or
so... and from what I can remember that was also attributed to the
dictionary size... But if I'm getting ~150ms with no compression on my
PM2/Microcom setup, then why would the PM3 have larger ping times -- unless
the PM3 modem code is expanding the packets?
