Many of us were hoping that Bell made a mistake (gasp) and reversed the
numbers which they gave him. Of course, its as likely that its some
confused PSC trying to help the helpless public.

Any chance of those paper cups and string being upgraded to tin cans
and wire? Or as a coworker has said . . . I've seen better throughput
