You can create a sub-set of channels in their own hunt group. The
other thing you can do is point the 800 number to the second
channel of the PM3, and have the normal async on the first channel.
Then use DNIS from RADIUS to bill. This doesn't work on the CT1
code, since it doesn't support DNIS, though. The ports way
is the most exact, but does require dedicate ports.
