weird Win95 problem?

I seem to be having a problem of some sort either with my Portmaster
configuration, or with the configuration of Win95, or both, or maybe
neither (I guess I really don't even know!)

It seems that when I get a user connected to the portmaster (2er, btw),
everything seems to work fine. However, it seems that when these users
try to use Netscape or IE (any version), they can receive many web sites
just fine, but others will just not "work" (the IP #'s are found, and it
appears a connection is made, but no page is sent). Particularly
offensive are altavista and nfl.com (as they are used quite frequently by
many of my users). They connect, but just won't load the page in.
However, sites like yahoo and nba.com work fine.

I would discount this to a configuration problem on my part, but I have
the same problem with a Win95 machine on my local ethernetwork.

I have no trouble accessing the aforementioned pages with my linux box,
however, which is on the same ethernetwork.

All of my users use Windows, and nearly all have Win95. One of my 3.1
users, I asked to try out a list of sites. He said that the only one that
he had trouble with is nfl.com. Very strange.

Any suggestions?
