Hey, if anyone wants to mirror our WWW or FTP server, just contact me.

As far as changes -

1. We're planning a "Things that didn't make it" page with commands, changes,
etc that occur between document revisions.
2. I want to do an online errata page for the existing docs - hey, mistakes
do get discovered.
