What Trumpet is it? If it is still 2.0b or earlier, you may want to
upgrade to 2.1f. It fixes a lot of problems. With 2.0, we had very slow
bootups. With 2.1, it's instantaneous. Usually I have found this
problem with machines that were made with inferior BIOS or controller chips.
