Trumpet user can't log in - help interpreting debug output

I've got a customer who can't seem to log in to us with Trumpet using
PAP. This works successfully for lots of other people, but hasn't worked
for her, even after a re-installation of Trumpet. The PM's running
ComOS 3.3.1, and is pretty stable for us.

I've included below the console output from debug 0x51 run through
Bill Lutton's BL_Parse_PPP program, and edited to give only the output
from the port our user, SAGEEnv was trying to log onto, with the
password (and the PW in hex) changed to protect the innocent.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
