Do you have ISDN clients? If you have a decent mix, then a pro of going
digital in PRI format is that you can handle both analog and ISDN calls on
the same hunt group, which makes planning your POPs easier.

Digitally transferred calls are more reliable, so you'll be giving a higher
quality service without having to try as hard.

Digital means integrated--all the advantages of no messy cables, one
administrative console.

High speed services are often very cost competitive to own versus separate
analog lines.

If you get the PM3, you'll be able to upgrade to 56K technology without
swapping modem hardware, saving lots o $$$.

Possible con of going digital: If high speed services aren't tariffed well
in your territory. Of course, always check out alternate carriers since
deregulation has opened up the market considerably, especially for high
speed services.

Those are a few things to consider.
