Where is the searchable www site

for the livingston portmaster-users list? I've seem to have misplaced
the site location, and I could use it.

Also, how are ISP's monitoring your modem usage by the hour? I'd like
some form of output to let me know the percentage of utilization as well
as the actual hours in the day the modem on a particular port is being used.
