Make sure that the jumper is set to 1 on the first module (ports 10-19)
and 2 on the second module (ports 20-29).
This may seem like a silly question, but do you have a ribbon cable? If
you order a PM2e without any expansion ports, it won't have the data cable
to connect the modules (power cable is built-in). When you order the
first expansion module later, be sure that you get the ribbon cable to
extend the data bus to the expansion ports or nothing beyond the first 10
will work.
