IRX 211 and Frame Relay

I'm having trouble getting the S1 port on a 211 talking frame
relay, and I thought I'd put it out to the list while I'm waiting
for tech support to call back, and see if I'm just missing
something.

I'm using a Tielink ONS 150 CSU/DSU, 128k fractional T1. Telco
says they can see my CSU fine, and the CSU says it's getting sync
from the remote unit.

On the router, I did the "set s1 protocol frame" and the router
doesn't complain, but when I "show all" it says it's clocked at
56k. Telco says they don't see frames coming from the router.

The backpanel switch for S1 is definitely set to V.35. I'm running
the latest release of ComOS for the 211, 3.2 I think it is ?
Different numbering than for the portmasters.

Am I missing some undocumented steps here ? I'm starting to think
I've got a bad cable or bad port.
