Static IP Question

I know this question has been asked and answered before. When your static
ip folks have ip's on a net that is different than the net your
portmasters are on, what are the corresponding entries in the users file?
I seem to remember that you had to set Framed-Netmask to
255.255.255.255 and set Framed-routing to Broadcast. I think there is one
more entry for Framed-Route. This entry is the one that Im missing. I
checked the livingston web page and found the digests of this list, but
they only go back to August. Are there any other places where this list
is archived?
