Two weeks is nothing, I have tech support calls into Livingston for almost
three months now, with NOT EVEN ONE return call. I've called back AT
LEASE 12 times to inquiry, and have always received the "Yes Sir, your
call IS *STILL* in our queue, we will have a technician call you back
as soon as possible".
