Make sure you specify Service-Type as Login and then specify the
Login-Service as telnet. The login-ip-host, will force the telnet to go
that specific address. Here is an example.

*remeber everything is case sensative*

gdfn Authentication-Type = UNIX-PW
Session-Timeout = 3610,
Simultaneous-Use = 15,
Service-Type = Login,
Login-Service = Telnet,
Login-IP-Host = 204.157.12.254
