I think there is more to it than that. I strongly believe that
relationships (personal, business, whatever) are a two way street. If a
user brings an attitude to the support "relationship" such that we
occasionally see expressed on this list - and is therefore a pain to deal
with - then they are sure much more likely to get poor service in return.
