So, I am supposed to wait 5 days to get my problem solved and fix, I
think not. I have remote pops set up that all they have in them is one
Portmaster, a csu/dsu and modems. I can busy out a modem, CSU's hardly
ever fail, never had one yet and we even are using one that is over 10
years old.

Yes, but being one customer with over 100 customers wanting service, I go
down and I get 100 calls and livingston gets one call from me, while I
anser 100 calls

But it did end well in the end. I got a call from Tech Support, we fixed
the problem, they did an upgrade to 3.1.4, as solaris 2.4 is not
supported yet, well, sun needs to fix the problem.

They said they are working on geting more tech support.
