Command line upgrade of Pm2er? How do I?

Hi,
Since I am running on a netbsd unix system (with bsdi compatability)
I can not use the pmconsole tools to admin my portmasters. I wish to
upgrade to ComOS 3.1.4 from 3.1.3 but have no idea of how to do it from
the command line. Would someone kindly explain how to do it? Many thanks
in advance.

PS: I'm still waiting to hear about the linux and bsdi beta versions of
pmconsole...
