when our users dial into our Mulitech modem rack using trumpet or any other
terminal program they get this small "g" appearing instead of a login prompt!.
Livingston has never heard of this before neither has Multitech and neither
has the Telco company.
We believe it is in the Telco switching office because it happens sometimes
between 5 and 7 pm!
We have replaced our rack and upgraded the router and bsdi server and the
problem seems to come back when it wants to.
If any isp out there has seen this happen please let us know.
