(PM) system nbufs failure

Hi,

I have some PM2e's running ComOS 3.9b10-usa. Except for
a recently rebooted box, all my PM2e's show 'system nbufs failure'
(although they all have a different number associated) when I do
a 'sh mem'. See below.

Does any one know what it means? Should I be concerned?

I don't see any problems with them and I am planning on upgrading
them in the new year. Most of the boxes have been up for over 150
days.

Just curious...

Rich
