I just created a tftpboot directory right off my C: Root drive and it
worked just fine... Also, you might want to try the 'free' tftp program
called "Pumpkin" works great for me. Previously I had a problem with the
Livingston/Lucent TFTP Netboot Server cause of the 2 network cards in my
system (One for my Cable Connection, one for my use in setting up equipment
locally). I can send you a copy of Pumpkin if you want (but can't get you
a Holiday Ham) <grin>...
