Okay they have a note that says you cant do both, but what they told me is
do CSD=2 and leave CSV=1 and it should work.

Now Im thinking this still wont work because if a voice call comes in on a
bri that bas BOTH b channels taken, it will return busy but not hunt
properly, because there is currently no voice call on the bri, and so it
tries to put the # thru before the hunt group comes into play.

What Im thinking is in order to set it up right, csv=1, csd=2 then instead
of a hunt group, set up each spid in a call forward/busy situation instead.

What do you think?
