(PM) Munich errors on PM3

My PM3 with two PRI lines and no modems went crazy today. Someone called
saying it was hard to connect, and I wanted to see if all lines were in
use.

I telnetted to the PM3, and I kept seeing munich_nxt_read : NO BLOCKS or a
similiar message.

I'm running 3.7.2c3, and this is the first problem I've had in two years.
The second PRI was installed three months ago. Could it be a resource
problem showing up with more usage now?

I called Livingston, and the response was to upgrade to 3.8.2c2. Every
question I asked was responded to by upgrade to 3.8.2c2. She said some
hardware is not compatible, but I've had the thing on 3.7.2c3 for two
years now. After about a minute, I gave up on any real help from her and
hung up.

I power cycled and all is fine, but how can I prevent this in the future?

Brian
