The blue alarms probably were brief and caused the sync errors.
They rack up pretty fast if the circuit is disturbed. I'd just
keep an eye on it. If things don't change it may have just been
a temporary disturbance from telco work. In my experience the
telco won't do anything unless the line totally fails.
