Once upon a time Curtis Coleman shaped the electrons to say...

Unfortunately no, there is not.

You might see if the ISP on the other end can assign you a static IP. If
they can't set your ether0 IP as the address, take whatever static they
can give you and make it the local IP for that location.

And RFE this request, it seems reasonable.
