(PM) Radius User

We are currently running Lucent Radius for NT on our New PM3. After looking
around at available Radius Billing/Accounting packages, we have determined
that our small ISP (less than 200 users) cannot currently afford to pay the
high price of such packages (which we have seen range between
$1800-$18,000.) Since we do our billing from QuickBooks, what we really need
is just simple user management tool. IE a way to add, delete , suspend users
from our Radius USERS file, w/o editing the file directly. Surely there has
got to something available that can do this, without spending more than we
invested on hardware. Someone else has to be in the same boat we are, and
has found a solution to add, delete, suspend users to a Radius Server. We
would appreciate any help or insight.
