Well, i'll tell you my story. I got in a FRESH pm3, and started hooking it
up. One of the 10 port modem cards was NOT working. I called up tech
support, and they advised me to upgrade to 3.8.2 and that it would fix the
problem... I say, yeah, right, i need a ticket number anyway. So the guy
assigned me the ticket number. It came with 3.8 from the factory, and i
put 3.8.2 on it and it fixed the problem. I called back, closed the
ticket. So, they are NOT lying to you. I didnt believe them at first
either, but it is true.
