Hmm. Looks like you might also have a problem on the local ethernet
segment. Take a look at a show netstats for ether0. With that output look

Looks like a toss up between a problem on the local ethernet and on the S1
and S3 leased lines.
If the local ethernet is overloaded as indicated by the "Bad wanted"
message it is possible that the IRX can't get the incoming packets out fast
enough, which is causing the "Receive Buffer Full" error.
As for the synch device check..I don't know. I have an idea that it has to
do with a problem with the clock signal on the receive side skewing too
much, but I don't have enough information to prove it.
