AFAIK this Framed-Route is not needed in this case, because the
netmask covers this routing on framed interface. Framed-Route would make
sense if you would like to route additional network (not covered by
netmask) for this customer like:
Framed-IP-Address = 209.42.162.5,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.252,
Framed-Route = "209.42.162.128/25 209.42.162.5 1"
In this case routing 209.42.162.4/30 is automaticaly created to
this customer's interface and additionally second half of above C class is
routed to him too.
