(PM) Max 1800 working pretty well with the pm 3

Hey Ive been testing the dial-out capabilities of a max 1800 with the
latest 7.0.* code and it seems to work pretty well dialing into a pm 3 and
both as a term server. Its too bad the dang thing is so damned expensive.
It costs about the same to buy a pm 3 and an atlas switch. Where Ascend
gets you is the modem cards. They cost twice as much (and weigh 3 times
more) than the PM 3 cards. I wonder why Ascend puts so much metal around
their modem cards???

Radius seems to work well, NAT, BACP... etc... (cmon livingston, get it in
gear. ;-) )..
