(PM) Dropped Calls w/3.8.2

We are running ComOS 3.8.2 on all of our PM3 and we are getting reports
from customers that report their connections are being dropped. I remember
this being a topic of discussion when this version was first released.
What was the solution? Was it to fall back to 3.8?
