Hmm, not sure why it is 61 instead of just 60. Unless the pool size
was manuall set to 60, or C0 *was* in network mode when booted, and has
since been changed. The pool is generated at boot.

Only you can confirm if that range *is* the pool.

Yes, you are mistaken. No explicit statement is needed to advertise
the pool.
