We have seen simialar problems with the Compaq HCF which seems to be
almost identical. Aside from a few hacks that I have seen on this list,
the best solution we have had is sending the user to Walmart to buy a USR
external.
I am away from the office but I will send the few fixes I have tryed
(other than replacing the modem) in the morning.
