Not necessarily. The modems are pooled so if you get a bunch of short
calls in a row one or more modems may get bumped a lot higher. You may
want to monitor it for a while and if it keeps increasing out of
proportion to the other try turning it off and see if the problem moves
to a different modem. If it does not open a ticket with support.
