RADIUS to do authentication and accounting. There is a free RADIUS for NT
from Livingston in addition to RADIUS RABM which does RADIUS and Billing
(Oracle based), and Lucent Port AUthority which has plug ins to various
billings systems. A good UPS for the PMs. Also if PRI is available you may
want to consider that as it allows you to offer 64K ISDN service.
