(PM) S0: Session Terminated

I have a PM2 and am having trouble with some disconnects. I was looking at
the PPP debug output and I *continually* get

S0: Session Terminated - NAS Request - PPP Maximum Retransmissions

S0 is not connected to anything and DIP switch one is in the down position.

Any Ideas?
