I prefer to shift the blame to windoze since a reinstall of DUN (and/or
TCP/IP) cures it, this sort of problem NEVER (big stress on N E V E R)
effects Mac/UNIX/other users, and very often this occurs after the user's
system had crashed while online (though not always).
I'll never comprehend why so many people keep using the third-rate software
coming out of Redmond.
