For V.34 Only:
+MS=V34

For V.90 and regulating speed:
+MS=V90,1,75,33600,75,44000

33600 is the maximum upstream and 44000 is the max downstream

For FLEX and regulating speed:
+MS=K56,1,75,33600,75,44000
