Nothing, its using Livingston's proprietary load balancing (packet by
packet aka Linux EQL) for downloads. Same username, same IP, no multilink
PPP -> Liv proprietary load balancing.
To get improvement on upload speed you...
Install Linux over Win9X ;-)
