(PM) Dial-in timeout setting?

Is there a way to set the radius timeout on the portmasters? By default it
is set to 30 seconds, but I would like to change this, and can't find any
command reference on it. My situation is this: 2 radius servers, 9
portmasters. The primary radius server gets hit very heavy at peak times.
we setup a second radius server for redundancy. I would prefer people to
login to the primary and only login to the secondary if the first doesn't
respond at all (45 sec or more).
