the program TSmon can defeat this (http://www.tsmon.com - i think?) by
allowing you to set an idle timeout with a low byte unit. Meaning, even if
they are not technically IDLE, if they only transfer so many BYTES in a
certain amount of time, they will still be booted. This works fine if they
dont have any mail.
