R: (PM) PRI w/o ISDN ?

Well, at least here in Italy it IS much cheaper to implement ISDN than pots.
An incoming-only PRI actually costs less than 30 incoming pots line, and a
PM3 with no DSPs is really cheap. This helps keep ISDN account prices low,
and thus help the penetration of ISDN in our market. Thanks to this, 80% of
our corporate customers use ISDN, and a lot of our ptivate users do. During
the day, more than 50% of online users are ISDN.
