(PM) The saga continues! Fast-Busy-Freddie is back!!

We're getting fast busies again. I think I've nailed it down to s22 on my
second PM3 (this time). I rebooted it, and the calls filled up to port
s21, sort of dangled and then began slowly filling out above S22. At no
time would s22 accept a call. Now the second PM3 is full and S22 remains
empty. Last time I encountered fast busies (see my previous posts), I
opened a ticket with livingston. They did mention that I could have a bad
port, but they were not able to find any. Usually, a reboot would fix this
problem, but this time, It didn't.

When I show S22, I see the following:

pm3_2> show s22
--------------------- Current Status - ISDN Port S22 ------------------------
Status: IDLE
Input: 0 Abort Errors: 0
Output: 0 CRC Errors: 0
Pending: 0 Overrun Errors: 0
TX Errors: 0 Frame Errors: 0
Modem Status: DCD- CTS+ TELCO+ Disconnect: Req Channel Not Avail

Active Configuration Default Configuration (* = Host
-------------------- --------------------- Can
Override)
Port Type: Login/Netwrk Login/Netwrk (Dial In) (Security)
Login Service: PortMaster PortMaster
Line Speed: 64000 64000
Hosts: default

Note the "requested channel not available" in the disconnect reason. Is
there a way to busy this port out or tie up it's B channel so no calls get
passed to it? Any help would be appreciated.
